Termite Inspections / Management

Termites may cause extensive damage to the structure in buildings – commercial buildings are at risk and should have a termite inspection at least annually to prevent extensive damage to property.

Our services protect homes and businesses by providing long-term effective solution against termites.

To help reduce the risk of active termites bridging or breaching chemical treated areas the following things should be done:

  • Do not build garden beds over or to weepholes, keep slab edge exposed by at least 75mm
  • If an extension or renovation is built, ensure that the Termite Management System is installed.
  • Regularly inspect the landscaping for infestations.
  • Regularly inspect the perimeter for signs of breaching of any termite management system.
  • Do not disturb chemically treated soil or place items such as mulch over treated areas.
  • Maintain annual termite inspections to Australian Standards at a minimum of 12 months.
